Island, this
magnificent home has it all. It is a short walk to the
beach,
restaurants, hotels, or shopping and a quick drive to
golf, tennis,
the everglades, or Naples.
You can fish or boat off the
dock; relax
in the heated pool with waterfall and its own separate
bathroom; or
just lounge on the lanai and enjoy a breathaking view
of the bay.
This house has a master suite with private access to
the lanai and
pool; 3 more master bedrooms each with their own bath;
and a fifth
bedroom for extra guests. It features a large living
room; an upstairs sitting room and second floor deck
all directly overlooking
the water; and an occasional visit from a dolphin or
manatee.
